Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation in which the subconscious mind is extraordinarily receptive to positive suggestions that enable beneficial change.
When the body is completely relaxed, the mind
can be in a heightened state of awareness, offering access to the parts of oneself which are ready for change.
Hypnotherapy is not for everyone, but if we determine together that this approach is a good fit for you, we can work with this natural state of mind to tackle procrastination, worry, and other self-defeating habits.
It can also be a very effective approach for a variety of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and some phobias.
In therapy, we can take advantage of the mind’s natural capacity to shift to different levels of consciousness and use this in a purposeful manner.
You may want to improve your athletic performance; you may desire deep, relaxing sleep allowing you to wake up refreshed; or you may want to be inspired to work on important life work you may have been avoiding.

This technique allows you to bypass defenses more readily, connect with your core feelings, and incorporate more relaxation into your life.
Hypnotherapy with me is always client-centered. With you in control, we can co-create a self-hypnosis program that includes an induction and script, created using your own terminology and highlighting your personal objective.
The induction and script can be available to listen to on your phone or another device whenever you need it.
